PurpleJelly support plans encompass everything IT Support should offer.  Our professional, friendly Helpdesk is run by qualified Microsoft Certified Engineers who are briefed to resolve support issues quickly and to your satisfaction.

Support can come in many ways and we recognise that companies require different levels of service. With this in mind, we’ve designed flexible IT Support Plans so you take on the plan that’s right for you.

If you prefer to have your IT and network support costs covered each month in one easy payment then Assist IT or Manage IT are the best plans for you. For companies who prefer to only pay for what they use, PurpleJelly offer a straightforward Pay As You Go Service.

For a completely tailored solution, the Flex IT support can be used to customise a support plan to your very own specifications.

  • Assist IT

    Assist IT Support plan basic benefits

    1. Unlimited telephone and remote support Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm
    2. All logged calls are dealt with within our Service Level Agreement, ensuring swift action and resolution
    3. Pro-Active 24x7 networking monitoring
    4. 6 hours per month dealing with Malware
    5. Access to Microsoft Certified Engineers
    6. No local call out charges
    7. Liaise with software vendors to help resolve unsupported applications and products
    8. Liaise with Internet Service Providers to help with hosting and connectivity issues
    9. On site labour charges are reduced
  • Manage IT

    Manage IT Support plan basic benefits

    1. All as per Assist IT plan
    2. PLUS;
    3. No call out charges
    4. All on site labour to diagnose and repair faults not resolved remotely
    5. Quarterly service visits to ensure perfect working order of your network and systems
    6. Half yearly review meeting to discuss your service
    7. Fully outsourced IT Department

    Flex IT Support plan basic benefits

    1. Entirely flexible support tailored to your individual needs.
    2. Pick individual items from our support list.
    3. Add additional service packs as you go.
    4. Remove items that provide least value
