Fully monitored infrastructure

Being proactively monitored allows us to give you all sorts of information. Our monitoring agents are deployed to servers, desktops and laptops and we extend that to network devices including printers, network switches and firewalls.

Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance site visits

Also known as service visits, we will schedule regular times to help run preventative maintenance across your infrastructure. This can include firmware deployment right the way through to hoovering dust out of your server air intake grille. These site visits are proven to extend the lifespan of the devices maintained, providing a greater ROI.

Ongoing infrastructure health checks

Our checks look at the health of key components within your important infrastructure equipment. The checks run anywhere between five and fifteen minutes, all day, every day. The information this provides is key to finding out any kind of predictive failures, in turn providing you with the insight for cost analysis for each device over its entire life span.

Patch management

Patch management is key to being secure and is just one of the five Cyber Essential requirements. Our patch management allows us to control the deployment of patches, not just to your Microsoft systems, but also to many 3rd party software providers.

Through tickets raised and also generated by our monitoring agents, our helpdesk will be able to analyse your infrastructure and find any weak points whether that is equipment or user based. With this information, we can help you put in place equipment replacement programs or even staff training.

High-level audits and IT reviews with account managers or your own Virtual IT Director

Auditing is our first stage in on-boarding you as a PurpleJelly IT Support client. We will create a network blueprint and identify any weak areas such as security failings.

Your account manager will also be on hand for reviews throughout the year where we can demonstrate our value, talk to you regarding new products and services which will help your best practises and generally be there for you whenever you need a chat.
