      • The Assist IT support plan provides Unlimited telephone & remote support Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm, and ensures all calls are dealt with within our SLA. The Plan is based on our Pro-active 24×7 network monitoring tools.

  • Flex IT
    • $ 199 Monthly
      • Whilst still providing unlimited telephone and remote IT Support with SLA’s, the Flex IT Support plan allows us to create for you a completely tailored support based solely on your very own individual needs.

  • Managed IT
    • $ 199 Monthly
      • Based on the Assist IT support plan, the Managed IT Support Plan also provides unlimited On-Site support whenever needed. It also provides regular service visits to ensure your network remains in tip top condition.
